Returns & Quality Guarantee
At Sage Spirit, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade pieces with our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. We want you to feel grounded and happy with your purchase.
1. The 30-Day Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety) For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

Earrings: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, even if they appear unworn. This ensures that every pair of earrings our customers receive is brand new and safe.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items (Our Quality Guarantee) Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@sagespiritjewelry.com. We will make it right by offering a free replacement or a full refund for any faulty goods.
5. How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at support@sagespiritjewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
